Adding new admins to your organization
You can invite other users to desk positions and once they’ve logged in, you can give them admin status from the users page. We made a conscious decision not to allow new users to be given admin status on invitation, as admin status is (a) a very powerful thing and (b) supposed to be reserved for the top 2-3 people in your organization. A senior (publishing) editor has almost as much power as an admin, but can’t break the connection with your WordPress site, delete a desk, import your archives, etc., so in the vast majority of cases, being the last editor in a desk workflow (e.g. Editor-in-Chief orManaging Editor) should offer all the capabilities you would desire, without risking opening your organization up to too many people with the keys to your car, so to speak.
