WordPress bylines

By default WordPress only supports one byline per post, and this is represented by the “author” field. When an assignment is published from Camayak to a WordPress publishing destination, the first byline user will become the post’s author.

In the event that the WordPress publishing destination has activated the Co-Authors Plus plugin, Camayak will create an “author” taxonomy term for each byline user.

Please note: Camayak will only support Co-Authors Plus plugins from v3.0 (circa 2012) onward.
